At Presidio, we like our clients. We want to meet with you regularly to ensure you have the support you need. At a minimum, we like to meet with clients four times a year including during Open Enrollment when we can present benefit information to your employees or ensure that a health fair runs smoothly. While these meetings are typical, we know that every client is different and your needs may vary.
In addition, when you engage Presidio, you can expect year-round support from your team whether it’s untangling a complicated billing issue or providing employee communications that help your employees use their benefits more effectively.
- To maximize your benefits investment, we believe it’s vital to have a long term plan. The strategic planning meeting is part of this process during which we review your Human Resources and benefits initiatives for the upcoming plan year.

- Based on a calendar year renewal cycle. Dates will shift for benefits renewing in other months.

- The moment of truth. We present your renewal and any marketing results. During this meeting and the subsequent weeks, we work with you to finalize carriers, plan designs and contributions. At this meeting, we also discuss your expectations for Open Enrollment including in-person/online meetings, printed and electronic communications and timing.

- We play a hands-on role during Open Enrollment (OE). In addition to ensuring you have all necessary communications before OE starts, we conduct employee meetings and work with the carriers to implement plan changes. After OE, we ensure plans are renewed correctly, review all contracts and verify the new premiums by reviewing your first set of bills.

- The day-to-day support that we provide to our clients may be the single most valued service. Simply stated, our job is to make your job easier. We assist with billing and eligibility issues and act as an advocate for you and your employees when claim issues needs to be escalated.
