ThinkHR and the HR Hotline provide Human Resources assistance. All Presidio clients receive up to 2 hours of Human Resources assistance each month via the ThinkHR HR Hotline. This service is free to Presidio clients and clients can access the service via phone or email. Trained professionals can answer many different types of questions including recruitment and hiring, time off and leave administration, wage and hour law, compensation, termination, work place safety and more. Additionally, the ThinkHR website provides sample language for standard Human Resources forms and communications and recommendations for best practices in Human Resources administration.
