Trisha Milazzo, SPHR, is responsible for leading Presidio’s Client Services team in the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. She oversees the identification and introduction of new products and services and looks to continually improve Presidio’s service delivery. In addition, she directs the training and development of our Client Services team members.

Trisha’s Human Resources background coupled with her experience in the insurance industry has made her an integral member of Presidio’s team. Prior to joining Presidio in 2006, she was an Account Manager for a regional brokerage firm and a benefits consultant for a nationwide Human Resources outsourcing company.

Trisha graduated from St. Mary’s College of California with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Communications. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and earned a certificate in Human Resources Management from the UC Berkeley Extension.
